Location: Teesside

Remuneration: £26,000 - £27,000 + Branch performance bonus

The role of the Internal Sales Executive - Plumbing Products will involve:

• Internal Sales position selling a range of plumbing and pipeline products such as: tubes, pipes, fittings, valves, ancillaries, guttering and drainage
• Selling to contractors, M&E contractors, trade and end users
• Dealing with order values of between £100 - £30,000
• Dealing with incoming enquiries via telephone or email
• Processing orders and producing quotations
• Build and develop new customer relations whilst maintaining existing relationships
• Providing excellent customer service
• Demonstrating a solid product knowledge and understanding to inform customers

The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales Executive - Plumbing Products with:

• Must have sales experience within a merchant environment
• Must have experience with pipeline, plumbing & heating products
• Confident telephone manner
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Highly organised with good time management
• Must have the right positive attitude to learn and develop
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
