Remuneration: £25,000 - £35,000 + commission, OTE circa £65,000

The role of the Internal Sales Executive - Doorsets & Hardware will involve:

• Internal Sales Executive position selling a manufactured range of doorsets, screens and ironmongery
• Majority of your time will be spent selling to architects, main contractors and sub-contractors
• You will be dealing with an average order size of between £30k - £1m
• The role will primarily be focussed on new business with roughly an 80/20 split between account management responsibilities
• You will be targeted with achieving £3m in annual sales contributing to a company turnover of circa £12m
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities
• Chasing leads, following up quotes & building customer relationships

The ideal applicant will be Internal Sales Executive - Doorsets & Hardware with

• Must have outbound sales experience - new business development/cold calling
• Ideally will have construction experience, preferably within the doorsets & screens industry or with ironmongery
• Must be personable
• Hungry, intelligent and humble
• Team player yet able to work autonomously
• Customer service orientated, technical, sociable personality
