Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Internal Sales Engineer to join a growing team in Abingdon. As an Internal Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales process by providing technical expertise, product knowledge, and exceptional customer service to their clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and generate new sales opportunities
  • Preparing and delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients
  • Assisting the sales team in identifying customer needs and providing suitable solutions
  • Preparing sales quotations and proposals
  • Collaborating with other internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, products, and technologies
  • Providing technical support to clients before, during, and after the sales process
The successful candidate will possess strong engineering knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset. You should have experience in the maintenance and mechanical engineering sectors, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
