We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our clients team as an International Sales Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating, tracking, and advancing all international sales opportunities related to tenders. If you have a passion for sales, exceptional organisational skills, and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

Description of the role:

• Coordinate, track, and progress all international sales opportunities relating to tenders.
• Ensure accurate completion of all tender submission documentation in accordance with tender-specific requirements and deadlines.
• Monitor procurement portals to identify applicable tender updates and opportunities.
• Attend relevant meetings such as bid conferences and bid clarifications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, service providers, and internal departments.
• Support product sourcing and price negotiation with suppliers and manufacturing partners.
• Report and investigate any discrepancies that may arise.
• Update and maintain internal operating systems and portals.
• Strive to meet targets, deadlines, and company objectives.
• Provide support to additional teams in operational and administrative tasks as required.
• Ensure adherence to all compliance standards and procedures.

About you:

• Previous experience in sales coordination or related field preferred.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism.
