Altro are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Consultant to join our friendly Global Customer Care Centre here in Letchworth Garden City. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week.

What will you be doing? As the first point of contact, you will play an important role in providing excellent customer service to new and existing customers.

You will respond to all enquiries whilst maximizing every customer contact opportunity, aiming to sell the product portfolio.

You will support the business through data management and will be involved in a variety of other tasks that will include outbound customer contact.

So, who are we looking for? An enthusiastic individual, passionate about customer service, who is a flexible, team player. We need someone who can prioritise their workload, multitask and use their own initiative. Although not essential an internal/external sales background would be highly advantageous.
