Remuneration: Up to £32,000neg + bonus

The role of the Internal Sales - Architectural Ironmongery & Hardware will involve:

• Internal Sales position focusing with a premium range of luxury hardware for doors, windows, lighting, electrical, stairs, signage, trims, fittings, bathrooms and showers
• All of your time will be spent dealing with building contractors, interior designers & architects within the commercial, hospitality & high-end residential sectors
• Qualify and follow up on sales enquiries passed from the customer experience team
• Deal with incoming enquires through the website, phone or via email
• Record information into a CRM regarding: quotes, orders, customer & supplier updates
• Process customers’ orders
• Manage the smaller residential projects

The ideal applicant will be Internal Sales - Architectural Ironmongery & Hardware with:

• Must have experience with internal sales or similar; account management, sales support
• Must have experience within the construction industry; ideally ironmongery, interiors or architecture
• Experience dealing with building contractors, interior designers and/or architects highly beneficial but not essential
• Enthusiastic, pro-active and self-motivated
• Excellent organisational & communication skills
