Job Description: As an Internal Recruitment Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the capabilities of our recruitment team. You will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs aimed at equipping our recruiters with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. You will collaborate closely with HR and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, identify training gaps, and develop tailored programs to address those needs effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs for recruitment team members, covering various aspects of the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions through a variety of mediums
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in recruitment and talent acquisition to continuously enhance training content.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to recruiters to reinforce learning and development initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to align training objectives with organisational goals and recruitment strategies.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and performance indicators to assess the impact of training initiatives on team productivity and success.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working within the recruitment industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, techniques, and tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering training programs
- Ability to adapt training content to the needs of different audiences and learning styles.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
