I am sourcing for a Internal Recruitment Advisor to work a 12 month FTC for a large organisation based in Birmingham offering great benefits.

Internal Recruitment Advisors Responsibilities.

As an Internal Recruitment Advisor, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting the best talent to support our company's growth. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, with a focus on high-volume recruitment and conducting assessment centres.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Utilise various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate and facilitate assessment centres, including designing assessment exercises and evaluating candidate performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on recruitment best practices and industry trends to continuously improve recruitment processes.

Internal Recruitment Advisors Experience

  • Previous experience in internal recruitment, with a focus on high-volume recruitment and assessment centre management.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting top talent for a variety of roles.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including candidate sourcing techniques and interview assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
