Internal Recruiter

We are currently representing a leading Health & Social Care provider who are looking to appoint an Internal Recruiter to oversee all managerial level recruitment across the business.

Our client is proud to provide a wide range of support services and activities to vulnerable service users, with over 350 sites across the country.

This will be a full time and permanent post, with a salary banding of £38,000 - £40,000.

Daily duties will include:

• Building relationships with senior stakeholders, including the Chief Operating Officer and various Directors
• Identifying recruitment needs for managerial roles, on average 15 live roles at any one time
• Handling end to end recruitment campaigns, specifically headhunting utilising LinkedIn and various platforms
• Managing a pipeline of candidates
• Liaising with the Onboarding and wider Recruitment team as required
• Working in partnership with recruitment agencies when required on hard to fill role
• Providing market feedback, information on blockers and benchmarking data to senior leadership

Skills required:

• Senior stakeholder management
• Confident in researching and presenting data and metrics
• Able to handle end to end recruitment cycles

Working pattern:

• 37.5 hours per week
• Monday - Friday
• 9am-5pm
• 3 / 4 days working from home
