Internal Communications Manager
The Internal Communications Manager's role is to deliver communications activities for colleagues across the business, working with people of all levels to drive engagement both within functions and across the wider business. The post-holder will work to ensure all colleagues are engaged with and connected to the business' purpose and strategy, and understand the role they play in delivering it

Description
Develop and deliver an effective strategic transformation communications and events plan to ensure all colleagues understand our new vision and brand and are fully engaged throughout all transformation phases.
* Seek innovative ways to communicate and drive engagement through multiple channels, which support the cultural aims to drive agility, promote innovation, enhance leadership capability and taking a balanced risk approach to decision making.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and employee engagement, and support leaders in becoming effective communicators.
* Lead on internal communications campaigns and activities through a range of communications channels.
* Plan and deliver colleague engagement events, as well as key initiatives needed by HR such as diversity data, employer brand proposition and other business change initiatives
* Design and implement measurement activities that allow us to make data-based decisions on future IC strategy and continuously improve the function.
* Manage budgets associated with internal communication activities, partnering with the business to ensure value for money.
* Work closely with the wider Marketing and Communications team to ensure internal and external messages are aligned, and adopt a flexible approach to support the team according to priorities
Profile
Previous experience in leading internal strategic transformation and change communications across an organisation
* Demonstrable track record of curating and delivering internal change communications and events to ensure all colleagues understand, and are engaged, throughout the transformation programme
* Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills which are engaging, impactful and memorable for the right reasons
* The ability to build rapport and strong relationships with multiple key stakeholders.
* Experience in delivering motivating and engaging internal messages that are aligned to the culture and business strategy.
* The ability to question and challenge constructively to ensure delivery of the right solutions for the business. * Able to convey information clearly and succinctly to a diverse range of audiences across different locations
