London (Hybrid)
£350 - £450 a day via umbrella
3 Months initially with scope for extension
ASAP start date but can wait for the right person
We are working in partnership with a large, well-known retail firm to hire an Interim Internal Communications and Event Manger. This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone who has designed and delivered communications and internal events during a period of change for a complex organisation.
Responsibilities Include:
- Working closely with senior stakeholders, advising on leadership communications during a period of transition.
- Designing and delivering change communications
- Event management ahead of an internal launch this summer
We're Looking for:
- Experience in a similar role in a large corporate environment ideally
- Business Partnering experience with Senior Leaders
- Track-record of developing and delivering change communications
- Ability to thrive in a transformational environment
- Experience in managing internal events
- Experience managing large off-site events in-person
- Experience in a retail environment - non-essential
- Fantastic communication skills and proactive approach
