Internal Audit Manager - Healtcare

Audit & Risk Recruitment are delighted to be assisting a leading healthcare business in their search for an Audit Manager to join their global audit team. The audit team itself is made up of experts in risk management and internal control, with specialised knowledge of different risk and business areas.

Reporting to a supportive Internal Audit Director you will be responsible for the design and execution of the teams commercial, financial, and operational audits. The audit team itself is spread across the world but the majority sit within the UK. This team covers the EMEA and Latin America regions and will see you travelling to locations in these areas (25% of the time).

As the successful candidate you will be partnering with the business to help understand emerging risks, identify issues, and conduct audits in a collaborative, effective way. You will gain a significant level of exposure to key business stakeholders across the organisation ensuring that assurance is fit-for-purpose and responsive to changes in the business and the risk environment.

To be considered you will be ACA/ACCA/CIA qualified and have prior internal audit experience, gained from either a Big 4 or PLC environment. Experience in healthcare/pharmaceuticals is not a prerequisite but would be advantageous. Culturally the business is performance driven, and you will be an ambitious audit professional looking for that next step in your career. They are currently in the office 2 days a week and have offices in both Weybridge and London. While you can make London your 'home' office your presence in Weybridge will still be needed a couple of times a month.

Alongside your base salary you will also receive a £6.5k cash allowance alongside a range of share schemes you can enter into and LTIPS which are rarely given at this level.
