About Our Client:

A dynamic and innovative organisation, is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual to join their team as an Internal Account Manager. With a strong focus on managing relationships with existing customers, this role provides an excellent opportunity for sales professionals who are looking to expand their skills and who is eager to transition into managing relationships with existing customers across the UK, Europe, and America.

Duties include but aren't limited to:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Conducting client research to understand their needs and preferences
  • Managing the customer base and proactively reaching out to existing clients throughout the year
  • Creating tailored business proposals for each individual customer
  • Processing orders efficiently and accurately
  • Facilitating both face-to-face and virtual client meetings
  • Addressing technical queries and providing support to customers
  • Recording all relevant information on the CRM system
  • Collaborating closely with other departments and teams
  • Handling administrative tasks associated with the role

Skills desired:

  • Previous sales experience - B2B
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Attention to detail and strong grammar and punctuation skills
  • European language skills are advantageous but not essential
