The client is an interdisciplinary building design consultancy that deliver Building Surveying services, Project Management, Integrated Architectural Design, MEP engineering and Facilities Management. You will be working for a leader in the provision of high quality, inspiring building design solutions across a range of sectors.

The ideal candidate will undertake building services design for new installations, alterations and maintenance, working on a variety of buildings across the private and education sectors. The role offers excellent prospects for career progression together with training and experience for individuals to fully develop their potential.

Responsibilities 
  • Responsibility for production of full building designs
  • Client liaison and arranging of client meetings
  • Management of project finances
  • Development of Client relationships
  • Appointing, coordinating and managing other consultants and contractors, both internally and externally
Requirements
  • Preferably CIBSE but not essential
  • Consulting/design background
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of AutoCad
  • Good project management skills, specification and report writing.
