Interior Designer - Residential

This creative and vibrant Interior Design Consultancy work with both private high-end residential and commercial clients offering a bespoke service.

Increasingly busy with lots of exciting new projects regularly coming in they are looking for an Interior Designer to join their team. Ideally at a mid-weight level with strong project management and detailing skills.

You will be responsible for working from concept to completion, creating joinery packages, lighting and general arrangement plans and detailed layouts. You will also be carrying out site surveys and coordinating throughout the project design process.

Skills and Experience expected from the Interior Designer:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working on residential projects
• VectorWorks proficiency is a must
• The ability to produce working drawings for construction
• Good communication and organisation skills
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Budgeting and procurement knowledge would be helpful
• Happy to handle and assist with presenting to clients

Although they are based near the train station, they would prefer the candidate to have their own car for the occasional visit to clients, suppliers and their warehouse. Salary on offer is likely to be between £30k and £38k.
