My client is a reputable Social Housing provider in Hampshire that is currently seeking an Interim Service Charge Officer to join their team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and calculating service charges for residential properties.
  • Liaising with residents to address queries and concerns related to service charges.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting of service charge expenditure.
  • Analysing complex data and ensuring that figures are accurately represented in customer communication and internal systems.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of a Social Housing provider committed to delivering high-quality services to its residents. The role will suit those capable of high level customer service as well as strong analysis abilities.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience working as a Service Charge Officer or in a similar role within the Social Housing sector; those without this experience but can demonstrate both customer service and financial analysis experience should also apply
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
