Your new role
As Interim Senior HR BP, you will work in a generalist HR remit across a mix of HR operations and strategy, partnering with your key stakeholders as well as the centres of excellence. You will lead and develop a high performance culture as well as manage complex ER casework as it arises.
What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified or equivalent, the successful candidate will have operated in a senior hr business partnering role within a wealth or asset management firm. You will have excellent stakeholder management and be able to demonstrate influencing and engaging at a senior level. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and commit to a 12 month duration working in a hybrid manner for 3 days per week from the London city office.
