Interim Senior FP&A Manager

Our client, a household brand name and leading employer of choice with a fantastic reputation for innovation, is looking to hire a credible Senior FP&A Leader to join on a 3 - 6 month contract. The successful candidate will accelerate business planning by providing best in class planning tools and processes and ensure the FP&A team is driven and motivated to achieve. We are looking for strong FP&A candidates with demonstrable modelling and business partnering skills and in return, you'll work in a top calibre team and gain exposure to one of the most highly sought after brands around!
This is a hybrid role c.2 - 3 days in the office.
Main duties include:
* End to end strategic leadership of planning and forecasting processes
* Owns full planning cycle (5YP, budget, forecast and monthly outlook)
* Responsible for FP&A strategic change initiatives and other key finance change projects
* Monthly outlook reporting and analysis
* Delivering robust and accurate financial forecasts and long-term planning, including developing and delivering rolling long-term forecast model
* Define and manage the definition of key business metrics
* Owning the planning data sources for FP&A
* Owning relationships with Commercial Finance teams and engagement with Reporting and Insights team
Key skills & experience required:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
* Strong financial planning experience in a fast-paced and evolving environment
* Proven track record operating at a Senior Manager level and leading a high-performing team
* Excellent stakeholder management capabilities and examples of building strong professional relationships
* Credible and confident character, with a proactive approach to problem solving
