Role: Senior Global Category Manager - Tech Procurement

Rate: Up to £765 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)

Client: Major Pharmaceuticals organisation

Location: Hybrid working from home and London

Duration: 6 months

A Senior Category Manager to support this FTSE 100 Pharmaceuticals Organisation with their Tech sourcing projects and Strategy.

This will include development and implementation of category strategies, management of key supplier relationships, leading and implementing major projects, and global leadership and business partnering with senior stakeholders to Director / VP level.

You will negotiate critical contracts with suppliers, lead SRM for strategic vendors, and leverage external supplier knowledge to ensure robust performance management.

Requirements:

• Strong Procurement experience, developing and implementing strategies, SRM and Stakeholder Management.
• Experience sourcing ERP, Global Applications and associated Services.
• Ability to operate independently and influence senior management.
• Global, complex, project experience.
• Prior experience in a major, global, matrix organisation.
