A Resourcing Partner is required to join the HR team at a prominent not-for-profit organisation in Leeds. The role will involve managing recruitment and selection processes to ensure the organisation attracts and retains the best talent.

Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening and interviews, and offer management.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies in line with organisational goals.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand resourcing needs and develop effective selection criteria.
  • Promote diversity and inclusivity in recruitment practices.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and GDPR in all recruitment activities.
  • Participate in HR projects as required.

Profile

A successful Resourcing Partner should have:

  • Available to start ASAP (short notice period will be considered).
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and GDPR as they relate to recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A commitment to promoting diversity and equal opportunities in recruitment.

Job Offer

  • A yearly salary in the range of £35,000- £36,000
  • A generous annual leave package, including 30 days holiday, plus Christmas closure and bank holidays.
  • A full-time contract with a 35-hour working week, hybrid working.
