The Job You’ll Do;

• Delivers site quality and GMP compliance metrics.
• Provides the site with a consumer complaint performance KPI.
• Leads the site Quality teams - provides clear direction of travel for the site teams through deploying department and business strategy.
• Undertakes regular one to one and team reviews with direct reports.
• Reacts to any personnel issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Faces customers and delivers customer requirements on site.
• Owns day to day relationship with all retailers working with the site.
• Supports the factory through customer visits.
• Ensures that factories are appropriately resourced and supported through any significant incidents.
• Delivers successful customer audits.
• Leads the site preparation for customer audits alongside the Factory Manager.
• Leads the site customer audits alongside the factory team.
• Works with the factory to deliver sustainable solutions to compliance issues.

About You;

• Quality or Technical management experience is essential.
• Experience of working in the food industry is essential.
• Able to start and complete an interim assignment.
• Proven direct customer management experience.
• Able to manage a small team.
• A strong knowledge and background with HACCP, food safety systems.
