Job Title: Temporary Payroll Administrator

Location: Milton Keynes

3 - 6 months interim (suspect more towards 6 months)

We are currently seeking a skilled Temporary Payroll Administrator to join our client's team in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll operations using SAGE Line 50 and Netsuite software. - currently moving from SAGE to Netsuite so experience in both would be perfect. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to contribute to the team during a temporary period of increased workload.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll accurately and timely for employees using SAGE and Netsuite software.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding payroll processing.
  • Calculate and process adjustments, bonuses, and deductions as necessary.
  • Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and management.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and efficient payroll processing.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll data.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in payroll administration, preferably using SAGE and Netsuite software.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.

Duration: Temporary position - up to 6 months
