We are seeking an enthusiastic part time OD Manager (3-4 days per week) on a 9 month fixed term contract basis to play a crucial role in supporting organisational development and change initiatives.

This team will be at the forefront of driving strategic transformation and you will support culture programmes to improve staff experience and develop leadership capability to deliver a compassionate and inclusive culture.

The role:
  • Support senior members of the team in providing a robust HR and OD service to the managers and staff through delivery of HR and OD initiatives.
  • Support with providing high level professional and practical advice and guidance on the full range of OD matters.
  • Providing specialist support to HR and Training projects and improvements, promoting an integrated approach to OD focused around delivering people promise priorities
  • Supporting and facilitating culture programmes to improve staff experience, and develop leadership capability to deliver a compassionate and inclusive culture

You will have:
  • Experience in supporting organisational development projects.
  • The ability to communicate and work with team members at all levels in a conscientious and inclusive way.
  • A broad range of project support skills ideally in OD/ HR programmes of work and the ability to prioritise workloads and commitments with a busy workload.
  • Some knowledge in applying a quality improvement methodology.
