Our organisation, a specialist in medical device innovation, is offering a key position for a Manager - Financial Reporting and Accounting EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the month-end close process, including journal entries for UK entities and GL account reconciliations.
- Act as the point of contact for auditors, ensuring smooth audit processes.
- Oversee the EMEA balance sheet, conducting monthly reviews and providing comprehensive oversight.
- Lead and continuously improve the accounts payable function, managing a remote team of 10 professionals.
- Handle complex inter-company transactions with efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across EMEA to ensure alignment and transparency.
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant with a strong technical background, including up-to-date knowledge of IFRS.
- Proven experience in managing complex month-end close processes and associated reporting within the EMEA region.
- Proficiency in Oracle or similar financial systems.
- Demonstrated ability to run balance sheet reviews and navigate audit processes effectively.
- Experience in managing accounts payable functions, preferably with remote teams.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and regions.
