Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the month-end close process, including journal entries for UK entities and GL account reconciliations.
• Act as the point of contact for auditors, ensuring smooth audit processes.
• Oversee the EMEA balance sheet, conducting monthly reviews and providing comprehensive oversight.
• Lead and continuously improve the accounts payable function, managing a remote team of 10 professionals.
• Handle complex inter-company transactions with efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across EMEA to ensure alignment and transparency.

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant with a strong technical background, including up-to-date knowledge of IFRS.
• Proven experience in managing complex month-end close processes and associated reporting within the EMEA region.
• Proficiency in Oracle or similar financial systems.
• Demonstrated ability to run balance sheet reviews and navigate audit processes effectively.
• Experience in managing accounts payable functions, preferably with remote teams.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and regions.
