Paying up to £700 a day inside IR35.

In this role, you will lead all core compensation activities, including annual salary reviews, statutory reporting, salary survey submissions, job architecture, and job evaluation.



Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the annual salary and bonus review process
- Lead the annual review and development of salary ranges
- Manage all statutory reporting and equal pay reviews
- Maintain job architecture data governance
- Complete and submit market insight and salary surveys, analysing market trends
- Provide guidance on reward-related matters to HR teams
- Improve internal communications content related to compensation
- Manage reward invoicing and budget management for pay-related providers



Key Skills Required:
- Prior experience in reward within a multinational business
- Proactive and confident, with strong relationship management skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Good understanding of HR frameworks and tools
- Ability to analyse and provide insights from internal and external data
- Knowledge of working with HR databases and reward systems, preferably Workday.
