As the HR Rewards Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading all benefits and pension activies, ensuring compliance and governance, as well as providing expert guidance to various teams.

Key Responsibilties:

  • Lead the delivery of network-wide benefits and pensions, actively participating in the Benefits Governance Committee and UK Pension Governance Committee.
  • Manage annual flexible benefit renewals and vendor management across the network.
  • Oversee Staff Travel, including holidays credit.
  • Collaborate with in-country HR teams to implement new benefits and benefits platforms internationally.
  • Provide timely advice on benefit and pension matters to the Business HR team.
  • Organize benefits and supplier roadshows and education sessions to ensure all stakeholders are well-informed.
Key Skills Required
  • Prior experience in managing benefits and pensions, ideally within a multinational business.
  • Pro-active and confident, able to act on your own initiative with strong relationship management skills.
  • Advanced excel skills are essential.
  • Ability to analyze and provide insight from internal and external data.
  • Knowledge of working with HR databases (e.g., Workday) and reward systems is highly desirable.
