Interim HR Business Partner

We need someone who has a solid background within HR, there is a lot of compliance around recruitment for this role, so we need someone who is passionate about processes and being 100% accurate and able to make decisions. You'll be key in developing existing processes and writing new ones to support the business and encourage forward thinking. Ideally if you have worked in an environment which promotes Safer Recruitment this would be advantageous.
This person will be pivotal in sustaining and building relationships with Department Heads and Stakeholders. A strong communicator is essential for this role.
We need someone who is looking for work for at least 3 months, there is a strong possibility this may get extended thereafter.
