  • Meeting with key stakeholders to tackle people challenges head-on
  • Developing a people agenda that fuels the strategic objectives
  • Shaping organisational change and driving innovation
  • Providing expert guidance on everything from restructures to succession planning
  • Influencing and building deep relationships across the business
  • Coaching stakeholders to boost efficiency and add value
  • Using data to drive improvement plans and strategies
  • Leading and contributing to exciting business projects
