My client, a professional services organisation, are seeking an Interim HR Assistant to help out their busy HR team for a 3 month period.

The Interim HR Assistant will work closely with the relevant HR Operations Managers primarily, providing generalist HR administrative assistance across all areas including HR Operations, training induction and recruitment as needed.

Responsibilities:-

The following activities are examples of the support that is likely to be required over the course of the contract. The type of support required at any given time will vary and there will be times when HR Operations might take priority over recruitment administration and vice versa.

  • Support on inductions and background checks
  • Induction programme scheduling
  • Pulling off reports from the HR system
  • Ad hoc research and HR operational admin, as required.
  • Assist for Career review process/ salary review.
  • Supporting HR Managers, as required
  • Letters preparation and filing
  • Adding job adverts to the recruitment system, website and the Intranet
  • Checking the Recruitment portal twice, daily
  • Circulating CVs to HR Managers and Heads of Department
  • Communicating with Recruitment agents, working closely with relevant recruiting manager
  • Coordinating diaries / interviews/ case studies for recruitment
  • Adding new recruitment agents to the recruitment portal and ensuring terms are signed.
  • Collating recruitment approval information as required.
  • Cleaning up the recruitment portal and personnel records filing as needed

The ideal candidate will have Generalist HR administration experience including recruitment (essential). You will also have experience using a recruitment system / portal and an HR system. Previous experience within professional services would be ideal. This role requires someone with an excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach. You must be highly organized and able to prioritise effectively.
