The Opportunity
I am excited to be working with a leading multi site utilities business in their search for a passionate HR Advisor to cover maternity leave. This role will play a crucial part in their HR team, supporting managers and handling employee relations cases.

Responsibilities will include -
  • Handling cases that will span a broad range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and policy compliance.
  • Working closely with Depots across the region, supporting them through people-related challenges and ensuring consistent best practices.
  • Coaching and empower managers to effectively address people issues. You’ll provide guidance on best practices, conflict resolution, and employee development.
  • This role will be field-based with the expectation of being in the field approximately three times a week during the first three months, reducing to around two visits per week as the role settles.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for flexible hybrid working within a great organisation.

The Person
  • Will have a proven track record of successfully managing HR functions across various sites.
  • Be accustomed to handling varied ER cases.
  • Have experience within fast-paced environments.
  • Be confident in coaching and upskilling managers.
