We are urgently recruiting for an Interim Head of Directorate Support and Improvement. You will be reporting to the Faculty of Professional Services, Estates and Facilities of a fantastic University and reporting to the Director dealing with various projects within. the professional support services. 

Your responsibilities will include support and Improvement to the Estates and Facilities Directorate. Directorate Support comprises of the management and support of systems architecture across the Directorate, EAF Communications and Engagement.

This will include taking a strategic view of the Directorate’s future development needs in response to changes in its environment and business objectives.  The Head of Directorate Support and improvement will develop and promote innovation, efficiency and customer focus in the delivery of services within the Directorate, and in particular, will promote good internal communication and a strategic framework of continuous improvement across the directorate.

The Head of Directorate Support and Improvement would be responsible for taking a strategic overview on equality, diversity and inclusion and the successful delivery of the directorates EDI action plan.

Along with the relevant skills and experience a CIM qualification (or equivalent) will be required.
