Harmonic are delighted to be working exclusively with one of the Media Industry's major players based in Central London to find a new Interim Head of Contract Management for a 12-18 month contract.

The Business

Our client is a renowned Media organisation that has successfully continued to scale and maintain their position as a major player within the sector. This is a new Interim position to bolster the team's capacity during a busy period.

The company is well-known for their modern approach to work-life balance, which includes 2 days in the office and flexible working hours. They manage to foster a great family feel to the working culture. This is the ideal role for an experienced Head of Contract Management/Suppliers looking to make a significant impact and work on large-scale projects.

The Role:

Reporting directly into the CFO, you will be responsible for working in a team of 4, leading on critical contract negotiations and renegotiations with a variety of suppliers and stakeholders. It will be crucial for you to bring 'best practice' to these negotiations and be clear with follow up reporting and outcomes.

The Duties:

• Create and negotiate SLAs as well as contracts between various parties
• Provide key metrics and planning around successful outcomes and KPIs
• Work closely with the Contract Management team to ensure a high level of rigour and 'best practice' across all areas
• Act as a key stakeholder with any negotiations and delivery of objectives
• Liaise closely with internal and external stakeholders to effectively manage relationships
• Ad-hoc duties to support the broader team

What we need to see (essential):

• Strong Contract Management experience
• Background with negotiating and navigating complex contract situations
• Excellent communication skills

Day Rate: £400-550 a day (Outside IR35)

Start Date: ASAP

Length of Contract: 12-18 months
