Interim Group Finance Manager- VC backed Marketplace

Talentedge are exclusively working with a scaling marketplace business who are searching for an Interim Group Finance Manager to join their expanding finance team. As a global business you will play a key role in the finance team, overseeing IFRS reporting, multi-currency consolidations, and preparation of group accounts. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and support strategic decision-making. This is an ideal opportunity for anyone who is immediately available or on short-notice.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation and consolidation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards.
  • Manage multi-currency consolidations and ensure accuracy of foreign exchange translations.
  • Oversee the preparation of group accounts, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Supporting on recent acquisition integrations
  • Coordinate with regional finance teams to gather financial data and ensure alignment with group reporting requirements.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting processes.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • ACA/ACCA qualification with 2+ years PQE
  • Experience working in a global tech business, with Ecommerce/marketplace experience being ideal
  • Extensive experience in IFRS reporting and multi-currency consolidations
  • Experience with NetSuite is advantageous
