Job Title: Interim General Manager(Homecare)
3-month contract with possibility to extend.
Salary: £400 - £450 per day.
Location: London.

Gilbert Meher have partnered with a leading high-end luxury provider who have a fantastic Interim opportunity available for a General Manager to join them.

This is an excellent opportunity for a General manager to join a highly sought-after care provider and help drive their Domiciliary Care Service forward.

This role would suit anyone who has a Domiciliary Care & luxury care background who can will get out in the community and drive sales for the service.

To be considered for this great opportunity, you will have the following skills and experience as outlined below.

  • 3+ years’ experience within a similar role, or managing a team.
  • Luxury care background.
  • Hospitality experience delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Leads with compassion, kindness, and champions the very best care of residents.
  • Experienced in developing care plans and auditing.
  • Proven experience supervising and supporting Care staff.
  • Communicate professionally with family and friends.

In addition, it is highly beneficial, that you can demonstrate the below.

  • Excellent time management, delegation and organisational skills executed effectively under
  • Exceptional listening skills, with compassion and empathy.
  • Act as a positive role model to inspire all colleagues to provide the best care.
  • Able to identify opportunities to build and maintain relationships within the community.
