Onsite in County Durham 3-4 days a week

The Organisation
Leading 'Investors in People' national organisation. 
The Role
  • Develop financial models to support budgeting, forecasting and long term planning.
  • Analyse financial results and trends to spot key drivers that will aid decision making.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for key stakeholders.
  • Assess business opportunities for investment.
  • Scenario analysis and stress testing.

The Person
  • 3+ years experience in a financial analysis role or similar.
  • Able to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, financial modelling and forecasting techniques.
  • Confident excel user.
  • Strong communicator and ability to collaborate and influence at a senior level.
  • MBA or qualified accountant desirable not essential.
