Leading global financial services organisation are looking for a Sourcing/Procurement Manager to manage the Hard & Soft services FM spend. You will be covering a range of services within this area including, print, copiers, electronic mail rooms, doc management, maintenance, catering, waste, cleaning, utilities and pest control to name a few. You must be an expert in the FM Sourcing & Procurement field and have in-depth technical knowledge - ideally spanning multiple sectors. You will be a dynamic individual and hold excellent stakeholder management skills, you will be extremely delivery focused, have a proven track record of working in a high profile environment and be a specialist in managing multiple high value contracts across FM services on a multi-site/location basis.

Key areas -

Proven track record of procurement within the private sector within the FM services category

  • Managing multiple suppliers across print/copiers, document management, catering, cleaning, pest control, waste, fit-out and maintenance
  • Experience of running end to end tenders across a range of FM services
  • Strong negotiator
  • Experience of dealing with contractors and sub-contractors
  • Working knowledge of managing suppliers and contracts for soft & hard FM
  • CIPS qualified (desirable)
  • Effective stakeholder engagement

This role requires 3 days on site in the offices in the London (City of London) offices
