International Iconic event/conference space business are looking for a Procurement Lead to manage the Hard & Soft services, FF&E, FM Fit-Out spend. You will be interacting with major contractors and retailers in this space and covering a range of services within this area including, building fit-out & refurbishments, maintenance, security services, catering, waste, cleaning, utilities and pest control to name a few. You must be an expert in the FM Fit-out procurement field and have in-depth technical knowledge - ideally spanning multiple sectors. You will be a dynamic individual and hold excellent stakeholder management skills, you will be extremely delivery focused, have a proven track record of working in a high profile environment and be a specialist in managing multiple high value contracts across Fit-Out and FM services on a large scale new build contract.

Key areas -

Proven track record of procurement in the private sector within the FM Fit-Out/FF&E services category

  • Managing multiple suppliers across FF&E, catering/restaurant retailers, office furniture, cleaning, pest control, security services, waste, fit-out and refurbishment supplies
  • Experience of running end to end tenders across a range of FM/FF&E/Fit-Out services
  • Strong negotiator - site based, dealing with contractors on a day to day basis
  • Experience of dealing with contractors and sub-contractors
  • Working knowledge of managing suppliers and contracts for soft & hard FM
  • CIPS qualified (desirable)
  • Effective stakeholder engagement - delivering cash savings

This role requires 3-4 days on site in the offices in the London (East/City) offices
