Interim Group Finance Manager | 6-12 months | London/Hybrid Working | £75,000-£85,000 | Consolidations, Analysis and Technical Accounting

Communicate are partnering with a reputable Retail business who have a continuous outlook and passion for achieving growth. They are searching to bring on an Interim Group Finance Manager, based in the London HQ on a hybrid working model.

This individual will oversee a growing team to accurately complete the group consolidation process along with reviewing reporting schedules and month-end duties.

This is a 6-12 month contract due to start in May.

Key responsibilities;

  • Working alongside the Group Finance team with the preparation of consolidated financial statements
  • Preparation of quarterly reviews
  • Reviewing and completing year-end / half -year reporting
  • Updating technical and accounting policy papers
  • Updating technical and accounting policy papers
  • Hybrid working out of the Central London office

Key requirements;

  • A qualified accountant, preferably practice trained due to the technical elements of the role
  • Well versed in financial reporting and running a set of group consolidations (Plc reporting would be desirable)
  • Technically strong - a good understanding of IFRS is required
