Ideal for a finance professional with non-life insurance sector experience. The role will be to join a highly successful Lloyd's Underwriter. The duties will range from:

  • Managing the monthly reporting process (UK GAAP / IFRS17)
  • Preparation of Statutory Accounts (UK GAAP) for a number of group entities
  • Managing the general ledgers of a number of subsidiary companies including review of reconciliations, postings and intercompany balances
  • preparation of consolidated group accounts
  • Ensuring strong controls exist and where necessary implementing new processes
  • Acting as a key audit contact
  • Involvement in projects and supporting / mentoring junior staff members
