The Finance Officer will play a crucial role in our Accounting & Finance department, providing essential financial support to our non-profit organisation in Liverpool. The successful candidate will have an eye for detail and a passion for financial accuracy.

Description

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Prepare and process invoices and receipts
  • Rent postings and reconciliations
  • Manage petty cash and expense claims
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information

Profile

A successful Finance Officer should have:

  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and procedures
  • Excellent communication and team-working skills
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving
