Interim Finance Manager | High-Growth Ecommerce Business | London

Harmonic are delighted to be working exclusively with a high-growth e-commerce scale-up in their search for an Interim Finance Manager to join dynamic team on an initial 6-month interim basis.

The Client

Since their inception 5 years ago, the organisation has rose to prominence and are establishing themselves as a real force in their Ecommerce subsector. Currently turnover has grown to £40m and they are forecasting to double that in 2024. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a dynamic and scaling organisation. Our client has an award-winning culture and operate a hybrid working from home arrangement.

The Role

Reporting directly into the Finance Director, this role will offer broad exposure across Month-end and the management accounts for the organisation. As the Finance Manager you will be responsible for owning the management accounting process, overseeing AP/AR and supporting with budgeting and forecasting.

Duties

· Produce management accounts complete with additional analysis

· Support with the budgeting and forecasting

· Oversee a smooth month-end process

· Support the Finance Director with any ad-hoc process improvement projects

· Manage the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable function

What we need to see (essential):

· Either Qualified, Finalist or QBE Accountant

· Experience in an industry that deals with Stock

· Strong communication skills

What we'd like to see (bonus):

· Experience with Xero

Day Rate: £350-450/day

Location: London (hybrid)

Length of Contract: 6 months
