?? Position: Interim Finance Manager & Finance Business Partner

?? Contract Duration: 3 months (open to part time candidates)

�? Organisation: Educational Trust

�? Location: Doncaster

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Oversight: Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the Trust, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, producing management accounts.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop financial strategies aligned with the Trust's mission and goals.

Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigate financial risks through thorough analysis and proactive measures.

Resource Allocation: Optimise the allocation of financial resources to support educational programs and initiatives effectively.

Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, providing financial insights and fostering positive relationships.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (desirable)

Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in financial management, preferably in the educational or non-profit sector.

Fully Qualified/Part Qualified (ACCA or CIMA)

CIVICA experience (desirable)

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial software and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
