An ambitious manufacturing business with high growth opportunity as they look to continue their expansion are looking to recruit a Finance Manager on an interim basis to cover maternity leave. This business are values driven, these are core to the collaborative and supportive culture they have built.

The Opportunity
Interim Finance Manager – 12 to 14 Months Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)

Responsibilities:
- Preparation of weekly and monthly management accounts
- Business partnering with production and operations
- P&L reporting and balance sheet reconciliations
- Product mix and variance analysis
- Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Management of small finance team
The Person
> Professionally qualified but will consider part-qualified or qualified by experience
> Experience in a fast-paced cost-focused environment
> Strong communication skills for business partnering
> People person helping to coach and mentor junior members of finance team

The Package
+ Salary of £55,000 - £65,000
+ Bonus of up to 10%
+ 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
