Interim Finance Business Partner

Communicate are collaborating with an established professional services client as they look to bolster out their impressive finance function with the addition of an Finance Business Partner who can take the lead on monthly insights, robust budgets and forecasts and to business partner with a C-Suite

Key requirements;

• A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• An experienced FP&A Manager or Business Partner, preferably in professional services
• Previous experience in taking the lead on 5YR Plans, budgets and forecasts and an understanding of WIP billing

Key Responsibilities;

• You will be the go to for commercial decisions and support the CFO and Transformation Director with commercial initiatives
• Working closely with C-Suite on growth plans, strategy and analysis in FP&A
• This is an exciting time to join a business in their transformation phase and to be a key player in this journey
• A brain for data - you will utilise data analytics (Power BI) to aid the commercial decision making

Hybrid working out of the Central London office / contracted for 12 months initially
