Temporary Finance Assistant – Grimsby - £24,000 - £26,000

We have exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced business in Grimsby, to support them after a period of growth and recent acquisition. This is a great Interim Finance Assistant role for an initial 3 month period and requires and enthusiastic and eager individual with strong initiative. Our client is a large multimillion-pound turnover organisation, who supplies & distributes a large range of products.

Package includes:
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays

  • Being a key part of the finance team in a growing business

Finance Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Processing supplier delivery notes
  • Raising purchases orders
  • Communicating efficiently with the team and suppliers
  • Stock reconciliations and analysis
  • Investigating and resolving stock anomalies
  • Ad-hoc accounts administrative duties

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Experience and understanding of stock analysis
  • Great communication with a number of teams within the company
  • A solid understanding of accounting software and procedures
  • Experience within a finance team
