We are seeking a dedicated Interim Disrepair Surveyor for a temporary role in the Property department of our public sector organisation. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and an unwavering commitment to providing top-quality service.

Client Details

Our client is a renowned public sector entity with a significant presence across the city and also the community and are responsible for a wide array of services from property to housing services.

Description

  • Conducting detailed property inspections to assess any disrepair issues.
  • Understand Section 11 & 82
  • Understand Damp and Mould Issues
  • Preparing and presenting detailed reports on the findings from the inspections.
  • Providing expert advice on property maintenance and disrepair issues.
  • Collaborating with the team to develop and implement strategies to address disrepair issues.
  • Ensuring all work is in compliance with the relevant regulations and standards.
  • Liaising with contractors, tenants, and other stakeholders as necessary.

Profile

A successful Interim Disrepair Surveyor should have:

  • A degree in a relevant discipline such as Building Surveying or Construction.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the public sector.
  • Excellent knowledge of property maintenance and disrepair issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
