This is a Temporary position for an Interim Head of Legal- Corporate to join an international business with offices based in Berkshire.

This company based in Berkshire specialise within the Healthcare industry.

Description

The Interim Legal Consultant- Corporate position will involve the following tasks:

  • Oversee all corporate projects and transactions
  • Support with M&A activities
  • Assist with the sale of business entities
  • Work with senior team members to advise on risk and strategy
  • Supervising a junior team members

Profile

The successful candidate candidate for the Interim Legal Consultant- Corporate will need to have the following skills and experience:

  • Highly experienced at supporting with corporate transactions
  • Experience of working with mergers and acquisitions
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Job Offer

This is a Temporary position for 9-12 months.

Remote working is available with occasional travel to the office.
