Harmonic Finance are delighted to be working with an internationally renowned Creative Agency to support them in their search for an Interim Accounts Payable Manager. This position shall initially run for 3 months with the expectation that it shall become a Permanent role afterwards.

Our client is an award-winning Creative Agency that drive impactful narratives behind innovative technology brands. Their portfolio encompasses hyper-growth tech scale-ups to established multi-entity groups across Europe and the US.

The Role:

As Interim AP Manager, you shall be responsible for the AP Function within the business. Your main duties will involve the thorough management of invoices and payments with adherence to established timeframes, overseeing the weekly payment run, reviewing VAT, and updating the daily cash book. You shall also engage with suppliers and cultivate positive relationships with stakeholders to communicate financial accuracies. This role is a fantastic opportunity to develop your team leadership skills and play a crucial part in the financial backbone of an acclaimed Creative Agency and offer meaningful support to their continued success.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and managing supplier invoices, credit notes, and payments within timeframes
• Managing the weekly payment run and approvals
• Reviewing VAT
• Administering purchase orders
• Updating the daily cash book
• Liaising with suppliers
• Supporting with ad-hoc projects

What we need to see (essential):

• Experience in Creative Agencies
• Paprika Systems Experience
• Brilliant communication skills

What we need to see (bonus):

Accounts Payable across global entities

Salary: £220-£250 Day Rate

Location: London (Hybrid)
