Interim Accountant - 6 Month FTC

An exciting opportunity has opened for an Interim Accountant reporting to the Commercial Accountant at an extremely well-established company based in Kent. This role would be perfect for someone with Audit experience from a Big 4 firm or currently in practice looking for a new role in industry.

Duties Include:

  • Preparing audit requests and liaising with external auditors
  • Reviewing audit submissions for Management Accounts team
  • Reviewing Fixed Asset notes and files
  • Preparation of regulatory year-end files
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Identify process improvements and produce documentation
  • Review annual reports and financial statements
  • Other ad-hoc duties

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold a professional accounting qualification (ACCA)
  • Have significant experience within a similar position
  • Have some Audit experience
  • Have meticulous attention to detail
