Assistant Underwriter - Leeds

Salary Circa 26k + Bonus/Benefits

Our client is a global brand, with significant presence across the UK. It is committed to growing and continually developing its presence across the UK, specifically within speciality areas.

An Underwriting Support role has gone live due to the individual being promoted upwards. As a Underwriting Support Assistant, you will be working closely with the underwriting team to support their day to day operations. You will be carrying out general administration duties within the underwriting function whilst speaking with external clients providing excellent service.

This is a real opportunity for someone that is interested in developing a career within insurance and underwriting as you will be working closely with the team dealing with new business and existing business enquiries. This will give you the exposure working with experienced peers that can offer support as well as the business.

To be considered, you will need to have some form administration experience from either an Insurance, Financial Services or Legal background. They will also consider strong admin professionals wanting to move into Insurance.

In return, you will receive an excellent salary and benefits package working with one of the World's Leading Insurance Companies. You will be expected to be in the Leeds office 4 days a week.
